No German needed
The foreman talks to the German company. You focus on the job.
You work in a Slovak scaffolding crew. The foreman speaks Slovak and German, takes the brief from the German site manager and organises the work on site.

Rotations
Three or four weeks on site in Germany, then a week at home.
Usually 3+1 or 4+1, by agreement also 4+2 or another model. Our sites are mainly in Munich, Berlin and Stuttgart. Most guys do longer rotations and then have more days at home in one go.

Accommodation
Accommodation is paid by the company and close to the site.
Austria
Most of our sites are in Germany. From time to time a project in Austria comes up.
The conditions are the same: Slovak crew, a foreman who can communicate, accommodation and transport covered. If you would rather work in Austria, say so on the first call and we will get back to you when a place opens.
