The company management commits to: – complying with applicable legal and other requirements in the field of OHS and environmental protection, – continuously and permanently improving the occupational health and safety system and environmental protection, – providing regular professional training, qualification, and schooling for employees and developing their awareness of OHS principles to lead to safe work and health protection, – preventing accidents, work-related injuries, occupational diseases, environmental damage, and material damage, – fulfilling tasks in OHS care, which are part of the fulfillment of all tasks of senior employees, – within its competence, creating necessary technical, organizational, financial, and personnel prerequisites for a safe working environment, – issuing rules and instructions to ensure health and safety at work in accordance with legal regulations, – based on identified hazards, threats, and risks, creating working conditions with the aim of reducing the probability of adverse risks causing harm to health and property as much as possible, – providing and maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE) free of charge, – informing employees about the state of OHS assurance, especially in the field of risk elimination at workplaces, and allowing them to express their views on OHS issues.
