For the position of scaffolder or team leader, you need experience with scaffolding assembly and disassembly. For a helper position, willingness to learn and reliability are sufficient.
All workers must complete OHS and work-at-height training according to German regulations. If you don't have certificates yet, we will help you obtain them before starting.
For a helper position, basic communication in German or English is sufficient. For scaffolder and team leader positions, working German is an advantage, as you will communicate with the site manager.
If you are interested but German is not yet your strength, we can handle it individually - the main thing is that you have experience and willingness to work.
We work on flexible shifts, most often 2-3 weeks of work and then return home. Working hours are usually 50-60 hours per week, depending on the project.
Overtime is common and is compensated. Shifts are set according to project needs and your possibilities - we always agree in advance.
We arrange accommodation for you - usually apartments or flats within reasonable distance from the construction site. Transport to the site is handled either by shared transport or a contribution for your own car.
If you have your own car, it can be an advantage - we always agree on specific conditions before starting.
We provide PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and basic tools. You must have valid OHS and work-at-height certificates according to German regulations.
Safety is our priority - all workers are regularly trained and the team leader ensures compliance with all safety regulations on the construction site.
Please contact us by phone or via the contact form. We will review your experience and requirements. Upon mutual agreement, we will arrange all necessary requirements, including certificates, accommodation, and transport.
Onboarding is usually arranged 2-4 weeks from agreement, so we have time to prepare everything. During the first days, we will help you get oriented on the construction site and in the new environment.

Fill out the form and we will contact you.
